Chef James' Secret!

It's a little known fact that Chef/Owner James Morrison of Moby Dick Restuarant actually had "Life Before Moby". In fact, James has long experience Cheffing up Fish in White Rock!

James' famous Mud Bay Fish Chowder was a much loved feature of another (ahem) previous restaurant, and we thought you might like to experience, at home, this amazing blast from the past.

Our hat is off to Chef James. His Mud Bay Legend shall live on!
